Call of Duty: Warzone is here, coming as a free update not just to Modern Warfare players but as a free mode in its entirety, available to anyone with a PS4, Xbox One or PC.
With that in mind, we’ve put together a selection of early Warzone tips and tricks for all players – beginners and hardened experts – which should get you off to a flying start.
Being a battle royale it does of course share a number of key elements with other games like it. There’s still an ever-shrinking playzone and a closing ring of lethal gas. There’s still loot to be picked up, buildings to hide in, wide spaces to cheese it across and enemies to outlast and outplay. But there are also plenty of new things too, which we dive into just below.
