In the world of online video, from which I hail, focusing on stuff that’s new is important, maybe even more so than when using the ancient art of the written word. Simply speaking, you’ll just draw more eyes to your channel for longer by talking about the latest releases, trends and previews. That’s all well and good, but what happens when release schedules are looking… a little sparse? It can be tricky, especially when there are games to get excited about, but they aren’t releasing for a long time and there’s very little new information out there about them. However, it’s less tricky when you’re Zoe Delahunty-Light, who lately has come up with the amazing idea for a video series that puts together behind-the-scenes facts and trivia you might not know, from the games you love the most. And one of the games she loves the most is Horizon Zero Dawn, so you can bet that particular entry to the series is something special.

Stuffed full of Horizon Zero Dawn gameplay, Zoe’s video explores hidden facts and what-could-have-beens, shows off gameplay from the Horizon Zero Dawn PlayStation 5 edition, and will go some way to sating your post-post apocalyptic thirst until Horizon Forbidden West is closer to launch. So if you want to know more about Aloy, what dog the Watcher is based off and more, get your click on below:

Speaking of Horizon Forbidden West, the sequel to Zero Dawn that’s due to release later this year (maybe; as time continues its terrible march into Q3/4 it’s looking more and more likely that launch will be pushed to 2022), Zoe has also done a fantastic deep-dive into what we can expect. After playing the first game multiple times (and that’s putting it mildly), she’s spotted multiple hints that the Horizon Forbidden West gameplay we saw earlier this year is already changing things and perhaps looking like an even better game than Aloy’s critically-acclaimed first adventure. Zoe’s passion for the series is palpable and delightfully infectious – so fellow ‘Bae-loy’ fans, enjoy!
