If, like many who found themselves consumed by Red Dead Redemption 2 last year, you miss the musty twang of a mournful guitar (and other, more energetic instruments) floating across the southwestern plains, Rockstar has a treat for you; the original score from its celebrated open-world cowboy opus is now available “on all major digital music platforms”.
To clarify, this is a different offering to Rockstar’s other Red Dead Redemption collection, The Music of Red Dead Redemption 2: Original Soundtrack, which released in July and features songs from the likes of Riannon Giddens, Willie Nelson, and, most prominently, Daniel Lanois.
Instead, the new Music of Red Dead Redemption 2: Original Score collates the wonderfully evocative instrumental compositions of long-time Rockstar collaborator Woody Jackson.
