Katamari Damacy Reroll, the spruced-up HD remaster of Keita Takahashi’s delightful PlayStation 2 classic, will be tumbling its way onto Xbox One and PS4 on 20th November.
Reroll, which initially launched on Switch and PC in 2018 (I was frankly amazed to discover it wasn’t out on PS4 and Xbox One already), offers subtle but welcome enhancements to the 2004 PS2 original, including recreated cutscenes, widescreen support, and improved character models.
The core of the game, however, is still the same old wonderfully oddball Katamari Damacy experience, in which players, cast as the diminutive Price, must roll up an entire world of steadily larger objects in order to restore the stars at the behest of the King of All Cosmos.
